We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant based in Assago (Milano) for a temporary contract of 12 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Answering customer enquiries with regards on order, delivery and invoicing status
  • Entering sales order in the ERP, gather the weight confirmation received by the Retailers on daily basis and finalize the order (per-invoice)
  • Support to Business and others European units through management and follow-up of all documents (delivery docs, invoices, credit notes)
  • Direct contact with Italian and International Suppliers in order to activate the accreditation process for Supplier
  • Tracking products through the supply chain ensuring that they arrive at their destination
  • Inventory analysis and forecasting activity to support sales
  • Reporting activity about final purchase and sell prices
  • Support to suppliers and final customers making sure to meet every need
  • Sales order billing activities and follow up on supplier’s payments coordinating with the Finance team
  • Support to monthly stock reconciliation

Qualifications / Experience required:

  • Economics or Business Management degree or high school in Economics
  • At least 2 years of experience in an International Company with an experience in Foods in customer service experience
  • Sensibility in finance and fiscal matters (VAT, Inventory)
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and mail management, in accountancy software / ERP
